Goat Power – WPC 50%

Whey protein concentrate (WPC) is a dietary supplement that consists of powdered protein concentrate from whey. Whey protein concentrates are obtained by ultrafiltration of the sweet whey from cheese production. After ultrafiltration the liquid concentrate is being spray dried and packed. Our WPC 50% contains a minimum of 50% whey protein.

Our WPC is used in many food products for its functional properties and excellent nutritional values. Examples of products where WPC can be used are; infant formula, dairy products, yogurt and health supplements.
